Christina Fulsom

Founder & CEO

Christina is a network weaver, officially, she is the Founder and CEO of the East Texas Human Needs Network (ETHNN). At the heart of her work is the belief that given equity and opportunity all people can reach their full potential.

A nonprofit organization, ETHNN was established in 2012 to strengthen communities through collective action, understanding poverty, and improved awareness of services that meet essential human needs. ETHNN comprises over 100 organizations across four counties in East Texas.
Christina has spent 18 years in leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, and she serves on the Boards of Goodwill Industries of East Texas, Tyler Area Partnership 4 Education, Smith County Food Security Council, Smith County Behavioral Health Leadership Team, and Community Cares Advisory Council. Christina served on the boards and leadership teams in the areas of housing, disabilities, veterans, behavioral health, primary health, and education.

Christina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Literature from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Certificate of Nonprofit Leadership from Southern Methodist University.
Christina is the mother of two adult sons, Ryan and Drew.
