Pat Stacey is Vice President and General Manager of KLTV-TV and KTRE-TV. Pat began his broadcasting career with KLTV, channel 7 in Tyler, Texas in March of 1986. Pat has held various positions including Master Control Operator, Promotions Manager, Research Director, Account Executive, Local Sales Manager, General Sales Manager and Vice President and General Manager. He serves his industry on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Broadcasters and is active on the committee responsible for the annual TAB Convention and Trade Show and the committee that interfaces with federal and state elected officials.

On the community service front, Pat has also been involved in numerous service organizations including serving 4 terms on the Board of Directors of the Tyler Chamber of Commerce. He is the current Treasurer and past Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee.

He served in 2013 as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the United Way of Tyler / Smith County and also as Campaign Chairman for 2 years and served on the Board for 9 years

He is originally from Dallas where he attended High School at Justin F. Kimball, graduating in 1981. In the fall of 1981, Pat attended Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, graduating in 1985 with a Bachelor Degree in Radio / TV Communications. Pat also received the inaugural award of the Mike Shapiro Radio/TV Scholarship

He and his wife, Stephanie, have been married 30 years and have a daughter and son, Audrie and Benjamin. They are members of Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Tyler.
