Principle Health Systems

James M Dieter III, N.P.-C., D.C. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer James Dieter has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Principle Health Systems (PHS) since its inception in 2015. In collaboration with a board of industry experts, James builds from his fifteen years of professional healthcare experience by guiding PHS toward broad objectives, such as improving the quality of health within his community and standards of care within the healthcare industry.  A visionary driven by an insatiable bias for growth and continuous improvement, James possesses strong ambition and leadership skills that are necessary to assemble highly-capable teams and create mission-centric company cultures that promote teamwork, trust, and desired results.  James firmly believes that relationships are solidified and continued amongst clear visions, moderation, and communication that is most effective through defined roadmaps toward objectives. James is a native Texan with strong ties to his communities, which he cultivated while simultaneously continuing his education and completing clinical duties in hospitals and medical practices.  He continued his clinical work post-graduation as a family nurse practitioner for three years, as he launched his first companies. James began his career as an entrepreneur with the construction and development of an ambulatory surgical center in 2009. The success of this first venture presented many opportunities through his existing relationships. Ambition drove James to invest the sum of his earnings into three businesses in 2013.  All three businesses achieved formidable profit margins within two years from inception.  Overworked by his businesses and maintaining full-time clinical obligations, James recognized a void in the healthcare industry when ancillary technicians serviced multiple medical practices amongst the absence of a full-time technician within those clinics.  For the avoidance of premium rates of multiple part-time ancillary technicians, he predicted that the hiring and training of one full-time ancillary technician per clinic, with skills across many specialties, would increase the quality of patient care, patient satisfaction, and profit margins.   James brought the multi-specialty ancillary technician model to its full potential under his then-newly formed company, PHS. The rapid growth of PHS amongst its various healthcare services including, but not limited to laboratory, pharmacy, DME and diagnostics, proved that his model was viable, sustainable, and necessary to fill the recognized void.  The combination of his model and a centralized sales and management team provided PHS with a substantial edge over the competition, as profit margins, quality of care, and patient satisfaction all increased exponentially.  PHS has sense maintained unusually high margins while maintaining excellent standards of care and fostering incredible patient loyalty across multiple medical practices and service lines.  PHS continues to grow at a rapid rate as it expands into new markets, most recently long-term care. James travels extensively and continues to explore the far reaches of the world.  He enjoys snow skiing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family in his free time.   Education: Texas A&M University, BS, 2005 Texas Chiropractic College, BS, 2008 Texas Chiropractic College, DC, 2008 Hardin Simmons University, BSN, Cum Laude, 2009 Samford University, MSN, Magna Cum Laude, 2011.
