Allison started working at UT Health East Texas in 2018 and has served in a variety of Dietitian roles within the hospital system. She started serving in a leadership role in 2020 as department leader for Rehab and LTACH. A few things she loves about her job is providing cooking demonstrations to cardiac rehab patients and building the preventative nutrition counseling program through the Olympic fitness center.
