Andrea is the Director of Technical Services group at TechServ and manages the development and operations of the Engineering, GIS and asset management services provided by TechServ. Andrea has created, led, and managed program teams that provide engineering, asset management, and process-flow management services for telecommunication, electric distribution, transmission, and substation projects across the United States and its territories.  In this role, Andrea developed TechServ’s Electrical Distribution Engineering group for Oncor from 2 to 18 employees from January 2019 to April 2020 while managing operations to support Joint Use Make ready design in Texas and Oklahoma. Since April 2020 Mr. Sfondrini has focused on developing new workflows to streamline the processes involved with the field data collection and make ready design required to support the deployment of telecommunication networks in both Fiber to the Home projects and Joint Use permit applications.  Andrea develops the personnel, procedures, and the managing infrastructure to support the growth of the Technical Services group, which he has grown from 6 to over 185 resources operating in 8 states. The group is responsible for providing consulting, engineering, and asset management to support telecom network projects and Joint Use services for major MSOs and IOUs across the United States and its territories. Mr. Sfondrini is responsible for providing TechServ’s consulting services. Andrea’s inquisitive mindset lends itself to clearly understanding his client’s needs and effectively delivering custom tailored solutions to fit their project’s requirements. He is a graduated of the University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and joined TechServ in 2013.
