Bill Blair grew up in Clearwater and Gainesville Florida. He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and graduated in 1996. At West Point he earned a bachelors degree in Systems Engineering and was a 3 year Letterman on the football team.

Upon graduation he was commissioned an officer in the Army. He served 5 years as an Artillery Officer stationed at Ft Sill, OK and left the Army with a rank of Captain. After his military service he entered the HVAC industry with York International and later Johnson Controls. He currently is an Account Executive and Partner of Texas Air Systems based in Irving, TX.
