U.S. Secret Service

Bill Mack currently serves as the Resident Agent in Charge of the Tyler Resident Office of the U.S. Secret Service where he is responsible for all investigative and protective activities of the Secret Service in East Texas. A 20-year veteran of the Secret Service, Mr. Mack has served in a variety of assignments including the Newark Field Office, the Vice Presidential Protective Division and as a detailee to Department of Homeland Security headquarters. Mr. Mack began his career in law enforcement in 1999 as a police officer in New Jersey. Mr. Mack currently oversees a wide variety of criminal investigations and protective operations in the East Texas region including the areas of Tyler, Longview, Texarkana, and Paris. This includes investigations involving digital assets, elder fraud, network intrusion including ransomware, money laundering, counterfeit currency and others within the jurisdiction of the Secret Service. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, a master’s degree from the Naval Postgraduate School and a graduate certificate in cybersecurity management from the University of Virginia.
