Director Sports Medicine, Health & Fitness, Sleep Department
I grew up here in Tyler, TX and graduated from Tyler Lee High School. After High School I was awarded a full athletic scholarship to Texas A&M University where I graduated with a degree in Sports Management with a Minor in Business. After College I became the Fitness Director for the Canton Fitness Facility for Trinity Mother Frances and then became the Strength & Conditioning Director for SportsCARE USA. I then moved to Hattiesburg, MS where I attended Graduate School at the University of Southern Miss while also working as a full time Strength & Conditioning Coach for all Varsity Sports. I graduated with a Masters Degree in Sport Coaching. After my time at Southern Miss I then moved to Orlando, FL under the direction of World Renowned Speed and Strength Coach Tom Shaw, training athletes for the NFL Combine. I was then recruited to Chicago, IL as a Strength and Conditioning Coach to master the techniques of World Famous Strength Coach Charles Poliquin, where I remained for six years. After my time in Chicago, I was then recruited back home to Tyler, TX to my current position at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances. During my first year in my new position in Healthcare, I decided to attend The University of Texas at Tyler to get my Executive Healthcare MBA. I just graduated this past year.
