Military Defense Contractor, constructed many Buildings on the UT Tyler Campus between 1977 and 2015. Bryan P. Rossman, Principal in and Director of Operations-Tyler for Adams Engineering and Development Consultants, has been part of the leadership team at Adams for over 7 years. Bryan enjoyed a 36-year career in the Construction industry before joining Adams Engineering. Currently, Bryan leads a team of Civil, Environmental Engineers and Landscape Architects in the Tyler office.

Bryan has lectured at UT Tyler, Texas A&M College Station, and serves annually as an instructor at the Community Development Institute at Lone Star College. He is a Past Member of the Development Board for The University of Texas at Tyler, The University of Texas Health Center at Tyler, and TSTI. He is also a former Planning & Zoning Commissioner for the City of Tyler, and current member of the City of Tyler Developers Round Table.
