As a child, Carmen witnessed the damage caused by HVAC condensate traps within her father’s printing company, Printmaster Printing, in Tyler, Texas. She remembers the subsequent research and development of the now well-known CostGard™ Condensate Drain Seal. As President of Trent Technologies, she is responsible for all company operations.
