Military Programs & Outreach
Celia Croff has been in the Human Resources arena for more than 10 years, obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree from Baker College in Human Resource Management. During her years of experience, she found a gap in organizations hiring transitioning military and veterans and made it a personal mission to increase the chances of individuals leaving the military to obtain viable employment to start their “2nd career”. For the last 5 years, she has developed hiring and retention programs for large automotive manufacturers.
Recently, Celia left the tundra of Michigan and relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina to join BMC – where she is currently leading their military programs and outreach. Although Celia has not personally served in the Armed Forces, she comes from a long line of veterans including her grandfathers, aunts, uncles, father, step-father and both brothers.
