Chris Wadsworth, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 22 years of Human Resources leadership experience with comprehensive human resources background including company startup, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, training and organizational development, benefits and compensation program design, policy and compliance administration.
Chris has worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, electric utility, life science, and distribution. He has successfully developed effective relationships with community leaders serving on several boards and academic advisory committees. Chris is currently the Vice President of Human Resources with Sysco East Texas, a division of Sysco USA1, Inc., the global leader in selling, marketing, and distributing food products. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Administration and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration.
