Clayton Carroll graduated from UT Tyler in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is a licensed professional engineer. Mr. Carroll serves as the Office Manager for the Tyler and Longview Offices of Terracon Consultants. Terracon is a geotechnical engineering and materials testing firm based out of Olathe, Kansas with over 160 offices and 5000 employees. Clayton was named Principal in 2022 as one of the youngest within the firm.  He is active as a UT Tyler alumnus serving as Vice-Chair of the UT Tyler College of Engineering Advisory Board, and chairman of the UT Tyler Department of Civil Engineering Advisory Committee.  He received the 2019 UT Tyler Civil Engineering Service Award and was named a Distinguished Alumnus in 2020.   Clayton married his wife Allison in 2022, who is also a UT Tyler Graduate.  He is always willing to share of his experiences and the lessons learned in navigating his successful early career.
