Dale is in his 7th year as a Business Development Leader for Bartlett & West, Inc., a civil design firm.  Dale has 26 years with TxDOT performing highway planning, design, and construction inspection.  The last 13 years of this tenure he served as the Tyler District’s Advance Project Development Engineer.  In this capacity Mr. Booth provided over-sight for schematic development, NEPA documentation, public involvement, ROW map development, and funding for new location and capacity expansions roadway projects.  

Mr. Booth has a combined 10 years of experience with civil design firms working on private developments and transportation projects. 

Dale resides in Tyler with his wife, Janet.
