As Chief Operating Officer, Daniel is responsible for the oversight and management of Osburn’s portfolio of work. He has more than a decade of experience in the local construction market, including owning his own concrete flatwork company. Daniel has a broad base of experience with commercial retail, higher education, commercial office, parking garages, specialty structures and ultra-high-end architectural concrete.
