As President, founder, and sole stock holder of NuTech Inc, Danny Allen has strived to lead NuTech Inc. to be an industry standard for nuclear pharmacy practice. NuTech Inc.has done the following:

• Implemented USP 797 standards before they were required.
• Requires all pharmacists to become board certified in nuclear pharmacy.
• Accredited all pharmacies with Joint Commission (one of two nuclear pharmacy groups accredited in the United States of America).
• Requires pharmacists to prepare all medications (no pharmacy techs used in preparation).
• Only uses FDA approved products in preparations.
• Built state of the art facilities to meet unique air flow requirements to meet both pharmacy and radioactive material license requirements.
• Initiated pharmacy intern and rotation programs in all three pharmacies
• Provides rotation site as a supporting partner with the University of Arkansas Nuclear Medicine Technologist Program.
• Collaborative research projects with Texas A&M University Nuclear Science McMaster University /Radiation Sciences Graduate Programs, UC Davis McClellan Nuclear Research Center,  and  Lynntech in NuTech Inc. College Station facility.
• Served on product focus groups for multiple manufacturers.
• Initiated investigations into the use of copies of FDA approved products in the nuclear pharmacy industry including Capital Hill visits, initiation of Texas Board of Pharmacy investigations, State Attorney General involvement, Meetings with Oklahoma Board of Pharmacy, discussions with CMS Enforcement and FDA, and hospital awareness campaigns.
