Dean Gorell is a manager in the construction field over water and wastewater facility and supply projects for municipalities and water districts/river authorities. He has extensive leadership and executive management training and the appropriate skill set with regards to tools of the trade. Dean has served on the board of a small water utility in East Texas where he worked through the planning, development, and implementation of a new treatment facility.

Dean’s experience also includes heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing and electrical contracting; cost estimating; and scheduling. With his previous ownership of a HVAC and plumbing company for six years, he has the unique perspective of small business ownership and group management.
