Dr. Cassandra Cooper, Human Resource Director, Palestine Regional Medical Center

Dr. Cooper has been in the HR field for over 20 years in areas including Healthcare, Higher Education, and Private Industry. She is currently the Human Resource Director for Palestine Regional Medical Center (PRMC) where she oversees all aspects of HR related matters. Prior to PRMC she was an HR/OD Consultant focusing on employee matters, HR function development, and organizational process improvement efforts. In addition, she is still an executive coach to c-suite leaders for organizations throughout the US.

Finally, she is an Air Force veteran involved in veteran concerns and issues.
