U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) supervisor assigned to the Laredo Sector Recruitment, Training & Traumatic Incident Management Office. I currently oversee all Recruitment, Structured Interviews, National Field Training and Post Academy Training. I am currently assigned to Washington, D.C. as part of a workgroup that is developing a national program outlining operating procedures for new supervisors.

I have been involved with operational planning for USBP field operations and have developed operating procedures for the handling of suspected narcotics. Prior to my USBP career, I was an infantry paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division in the U.S. Army. My undergraduate and graduate degrees are from Texas A&M International University.
