I currently oversee Recruiting Operations, the Post Academy Training Program, Structured Interview’s and the National Field Training Program for Laredo Sector. While assigned to the Laredo North Station Planning Team, I assisted with the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for the handling of suspected narcotics. As an agent I have been involved with checkpoint operations as a K9 handler and supervisor, brush enhancement teams, highway interdiction teams, advanced training programs and numerous operational assignments.

I previously served in the 82nd Airborne Division while enlisted in the U.S. Army. I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Texas A&M International University.
