My name is Erin Flecke and I am the Talent Acquisition Manager for East Texas, Northern Louisiana and Arkansas! I started my career 8 years ago with Enterprise as a Management Trainee right out of college! I was not sure what field I wanted to work in after graduation and that is why I picked Enterprise! Being a Management Trainee, you learn all aspect of business and master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch. This when led me to the HR department where I have been for the past 6 years. I started as a Generalist working on the employee development and ethical side of HR.  Then 2 years ago transitioning to the Talent Acquisition role and hiring our top talent to develop future leadership.
