Herwanea Sirles currently serves as the Manager of Outreach Services for Tyler FAMILY Circle of Care. She is responsible for the day to day duties of the seven Community Health Workers that are housed in the five clinics as well as some of the marketing and public relations of the organization. One of her focuses is to keep the community aware of the many services that FCC has to offer in Smith, Cherokee, Henderson and surrounding counties.

Herwanea holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Texas College, is a Certified Community Health Worker and a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she serves as the Vice President; member of the Rose City Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. where she serves as Secretary; member of the Board of Directors of the Tyler Metro Chamber of Commerce; member of the Juneteenth Association of Tyler; member of the Texas College Alumni Association where she serves as Secretary; member of the Board of Directors and Accreditation Committee for the Better Business Bureau; plus is involved in many other community related activities.

Herwanea and her husband Eric are the proud parents of four and grandparents to five. In their spare time they enjoy spending time with family, cooking and riding their motorcycle.
