Jim Huggler is a Tyler attorney specializing in criminal and juvenile defense and criminal post-conviction matters in both state and federal court.  He is Board Certified in Criminal Law and Criminal Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Jim is an active volunteer serving as a High School Mock Trial Coach, and on boards at the local, state and national level.  He also serves as an Associate Judge for the Tyler Municipal Court.  Jim is a frequent speaker for continuing legal education and is a guest lecturer at the Texas Tech School of Law.  This topic does have a reading component to be read in advance and most of the time be conducted as a law school first year class.  There will also be opportunity for questions and answers.
