James Hubbard

President

James Hubbard began serving as President of the Jacksonville Economic Development Corporation (JEDCO) in November 2017.

Previously Hubbard served the City of Colleyville in numerous roles, most recently as the Assistant to the City Manager. His primary duties included managing businesses retention and acquisition efforts during a major State highway expansion project, negotiating development incentives, and commercial corridor land-use planning.

Hubbard has an inclusive and holistic approach to economic progress centered on building relationships that foster controlled success, beneficial to business, and responsible to tax-payers.

Mr. Hubbard received his undergraduate degree in criminal justice, and his graduate degree in public administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.

James, his wife Amy, and their four children are proud to call Jacksonville home.
