Jim Huggler is criminal defense attorney in state and federal court. He is board certified in both criminal law and criminal appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He serves as president elect of the National Conference of Bar Foundations and is active with state and local bar associations and foundations. Jim is a frequent continuing legal education speaker and is an Associate Municipal Court judge for the City of Tyler.
