Director of Operations
In my current position as Director of Operations for Olive Garden Restaurants I lead and support restaurants from northern Louisiana through East Texas and Dallas Fort Worth. I lead all aspects of the operation from facilities, guest relations, employee relations, human resources, training, food safety, sanitation, operational initiatives, total quality, menu execution, brand protection and financial success. I am responsible for delivering balanced results from the perspectives of guest, team, financial and process excellence. I achieve strong business results through people, business and results leadership. I have worked for Darden for 28 years. I started my career as a team member and have been in my current role for over 10 years. I am a graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler. I am married with two children who are now young adults. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as traveling.
