Regional Director of Marketing and Clinic Operations
After graduating from White Oak High School, I attended Baylor University, where I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. After six years as a critical care nurse, I made a transition to healthcare sales and marketing. In short time, I earned multiple sales awards for volume and new business growth. Four years into my sales career, I was managing large sales teams and working to develop disease management program material. Various roles included titles such as regional sales manager, specialty program manager and regional vice president. In 2013, weary from business travel and needing to spend more time at home, I accepted a position as the marketing director for Texas Spine & Joint Hospital. The hospital has grown significantly, as have the roles and responsibilities. We are now Baylor Scott & White Texas Spine & Joint Hospital and our footprint includes eleven facilities across Tyler, Longview, Palestine, Athens. My current responsibilities include marketing and advertising, physician outreach, patient satisfaction, clinic management, outpatient growth and sports medicine outreach. I am married with two children, 13 and 20, and my wife is a nurse practitioner. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, which I am quite good at, and, golf, with which I am hopelessly bad.
