Jillian is originally from the DFW area and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BA in Journalism in 2012 before beginning her career in Human Resources. She started with Lane Gorman Trubitt over 10 years ago as the HR Coordinator focusing on continuing education and training, and is currently the HR Manager. She has experience in benefits, compensation, recruiting and retention, talent management, compliance, events, administration and other generalist areas. She oversees LGT’s internship program and campus recruiting, and manages two team members. At LGT she has won the Living the Vision Award, served on the steering committee of the Young Professionals group, currently serves as a Mentor and actively participates in various DE&I initiatives. Jillian is a member of Dallas Accounting Administrators, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Young Alumni Circle of Phi Beta Kappa. When not busy with work, Jillian enjoys reading, going to Mavs games, trying new Asian restaurants and spending time with her husband, twin sister, nephew and tiny dog Greta.
