Joe Matthews is a licensed Certified Public Accounting and works for Belle Chanson, a private investment group specializing in commercial real estate and venture capital. Joe oversee the accounting, finance and administrative functions for the Company. While not native to Tyler or Texas, Joe and his family have lived in Tyler for almost 5 years. They transplanted from Upstate New York and love the Great State of Texas.
