Joe Stephens is a strategic sales leader with a passion for developing others and delivering results. As a graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler’s Soules College of Business (BBA) and University of West Texas A&M’s Paul and Virginia Engler College of Business (MBA), he currently is a District Manager for AbbVie, a Fortune 100 company in the biotechnology industry. In Joe’s current role, he is responsible for leading a sales team in the Rheumatology division.

Prior to being a District Manager, Joe was a National Sales Trainer in Chicago who was responsible for leading all sales training efforts for over 300 representatives. When Joe is not working on driving sales results, he is either training for an Ironman, traveling the country or spending time with his wife, Carly.
