Julie Doucet joined the company in 2019 as the VP of Engineering. Julie brings over 29 years of experience in engineering and design to lead our team into the future. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and located to Houston to begin her career as a Process Engineer in the oil and gas field. The first 20 years of her career consisted of working for small and large refining and petrochemical plants in a variety of roles that give her a broad range of experience in the field.

She moved into leadership roles for engineering and construction firms bringing knowledge from the field to the front end, downstream and midstream designs. Her diverse background of engineering, troubleshooting and leadership add to the strength of our existing engineering team. Outside of work, Julie and her husband enjoy spending time with their five children and their families.
