Our speaker today, Ken Lackner, is a founding partner of the LMT Wealth Management Group within the Merrill Lynch office in Tyler.  LMT is a 16 person team managing $1.5 billion in client assets.  Ken has been recognized by both Barron’s magazine and Forbes as being among the top financial advisors in the country.  In 2017 LMT Wealth Management was recognized by the Tyler Chapter of the Association of Professional Fundraisers as “Philanthropic Business of the Year”.

Ken’s professional designations include being a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®), and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®).  Ken is the current Board Chairman for The Mentoring Alliance in Tyler, and a board member and former Chairman of the Board for Christian radio stations KVNE and KGLY in Tyler.  Ken is also a member of the Steering Committee for the upcoming CityFest/CityServe event in Tyler.

Ken and his wife of 33 years, Melisa, are members of South Spring Baptist Church in Tyler.  They have two grown children, Courtney and Brandon, who both graduated from TCU and work in Fort Worth.
