Kevin Holland is an experienced IT Leader with a demonstrated proactive cultivation of new business capabilities, delivering enterprise-wide operational and technical deployments. By developing strong relationships, building a broad business acumen, and understanding the capabilities of potential software solutions, Kevin has partnered with business leaders and executive level decision makers to evaluate, select, and implement software solutions to facilitate the generation of revenue and profit.   In his current role as Sr. Director of IT Corporate Systems at Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) Kevin leads over 30 IT professionals who support merchandising, supply chain, facilities, legal, finance, HR and some retail systems. He also leads all IT help desk areas. His departments oversee the implementation, support and maintenance of BGC’s SAP ERP system and several other systems that enable their business operations.  During his high school years in his hometown of Hawkins, TX, is when Kevin found his passion for technology. He enrolled in a computer programming class and joined the UIL Computer Science team that advanced to the state competition.  During his college years he had the opportunity to enhance his skills with an internship at NASA Johnson Space Center working directly with the astronaut program.  Throughout Kevin’s career he has had experience in the electric power, petroleum, car rental, financial and retail industries.  Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Prairie View A&M University and an MBA from the University of Saint Mary.
