Kimberly Lewis

President & CEO

Kimberly B. Lewis is the President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of East Texas, an author, speaker, consultant, and has 21 years of executive level non-profit and business experience. Kimberly is a founding member and past Chair of the Goodwill Industries International (GII) Diversity & Inclusion Committee and winner of the GII 2020 Diversity & Inclusion Champion Award. She has been published in Forbes, Advancing Philanthropy, Workability International, AFPICON, Kahoots!, Retail Operations Network, the Global Good Fund publications, and others. She is also a distinguished 2018-19 Global Good Diana Davis Spencer Fellow and was named to the Brookings Institute Steering Committee on their Playful Leaning Landscapes Project and the Advisory Panel for the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, From Management to Leadership Certificate program.

She is also a member of the exclusive Della Leaders Club, the world’s first business platform. Kimberly is a published author of the historical novel ‘The Fourth Generation’ and ‘A Seat At the Table Or Part of the Meal,’ Creating a Culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, which was nominated in 2020 for the Alliance for Nonprofit Management Terry McAdam Book Award. Her just released third book is entitled ‘Biases,’ a guide for uncovering areas of unconscious bias.
