LaToya Young is the Executive Director of the Tyler Area Business Education Council and also serves as the liaison for the Tyler Area Partnership 4 Education. She has a broad business and education background, working for the United States Department of Education, Northeast Texas Consortium of Colleges and Universities, Faulconer Scholarship Program and Enterprise Rent-a-Car.

LaToya is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. She is a native of Tyler and is actively involved with the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Tyler, East Texas Human Needs Network and Leadership Texas. She is champion of community engagement and serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Tyler, Champions for Children of Smith County and Goodwill Industries of East Texas.
