Lecia Bowman, MSN, RNC-OB, has over 16 years of experience in various nursing and operational leadership roles.  She joined the ETMC Regional Healthcare system in Tyler over fourteen years ago and currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer for UT Health Tyler, UT Health Tyler North Campus, and South Broadway free-standing emergency room.  A native East Texan, Lecia has worked closely with The University of Texas at Tyler to develop a comprehensive nurse extern program with the goal of expeditiously preparing graduate nurses to care for patients throughout the healthcare system.  She recently had oversight of the development and build of the newly opened level three Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.  Proud wife and mom of three!
