Lee graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler in 2008 with the degree Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. After graduation Lee spent over eight years in the financial services industry working his way into executive management and working on several acquisitions with the firm. During this time he also earned his Black Belt in Six Sigma and Lean Management principles. Lee is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with the International Business Brokers Association and is a member of the M&A Source. Lee, his wife and their two boys have called East Texas home all of their lives.

Lee has served in leadership roles with several community boards including as President for the Tyler Area Senior Citizens Association, Treasurer for Leadership Tyler, President for Children’s Village, board member for the UT Tyler Patriot Classic Golf Tournament, and as Logistics charman for Relay for Life with the American Cancer Society. Lee and his family are also proud members of Green Acres Baptist Church.
