She has served in multiple roles in small cities which has given her an opportunity to be involved with the inner workings of a city on a grander scale. As the City Administrator for Tool, Texas, it has been a necessity to understand the importance of emotional intelligence in handling interpersonal relationships fairly and with empathy.
