For over 13 years, Mechele Agbayani Mills has served as President|CEO of the Better Business Bureau serving Central East Texas where she provides strategic direction and leadership and financial and operational oversight for the Tyler office which serves 19 counties in East Texas. She graduated from UT Tyler in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and proceeded to get her MBA from Baylor University. She currently serves on the Executive Committee on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Better Business Bureaus, the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce, is a graduate of Leadership Tyler and Leadership Texas and is heavily involved with numerous organizations in the East Texas area. Mechele is happily married to her husband Jeff here in Tyler, where they have a 14 year old furbaby named Bailey who is spoiled rotten.
