Michael D. Wysocki is the Managing Shareholder of O’Neil Wysocki, P.C., located in Dallas, Texas. With a practice focused on divorce and family law, Mr. Wysocki represents individuals in the Dallas area who are experiencing family or domestic legal issues. Experienced in courtroom litigation, including both bench and jury trials, he is a force to be reckoned with. Although know for his courtroom abilities, Michael also helps clients resolve disputes through mediation, a system that aims to help participants resolve their differences out of court while minimizing personal conflict.

A summa cum laude graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler, Mr. Wysocki later earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Wysocki was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review. In 2014, he received the Distinguished Young Alumnus award from The University of Texas at Tyler.

Mr. Wysocki is licensed to practice in the state courts of Texas and New Mexico, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is board-certified as a specialist in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
