A summa cum laude graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler, Mr. Wysocki later earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Wysocki was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review.

In 2014, he received the Distinguished Young Alumnus award from The University of Texas at Tyler. In practice, Mr. Wysocki is the Managing Shareholder of O’Neil Wysocki – Family Law, a 15 attorney law firm with offices in Dallas and Fort Worth. O’Neil Wysocki (OWL) is not only one of the largest law firms in Texas focused exclusively on Family Law, they are also one of the most respected.

Known for trying cases all over Texas, OWL fights zealously for their clients and has won a reputation for bringing the fight and going the distance. Mr. Wysocki lives in Dallas with his wife, a State District Court Judge in Dallas County, and his two daughters and son.
