Neisha LeStage is the Division Director of Counseling Services at Andrews Center Behavioral Healthcare.  Neisha has been in the field in one way or another since 1990, and currently works as an LPC-S.  She supervises several different programs consisting of General Counseling, Substance Use Services, Veteran’s Counseling, Green Zone Veteran’s Services, and the agencies First Episode Psychosis program.  She supervises and works to place Master’s level mental health interns, to afford them the opportunity of valuable experience during their education.  Neisha has been the agencies Trauma Informed Care Team Lead since 2018.  She works to collaborate in her local community regarding the awareness and education surrounding trauma, mental health, and substance use issues.  Neisha has a passion for helping others, and believes in the empowerment, voice, and choice of individuals on their healing journey.
