Nick Pesina is an attorney and partner at Roberts & Roberts, P.C. in Tyler, Texas. He is active with different organizations in the areas of leadership, professional development, and access to education. Of his various community efforts, Nick is most passionate about expanding educational opportunities from “cradle to career.”

Nick is fluent in Spanish and is committed to serving his community. He has participated in approximately 50 speaking engagements. From lectures, panels and presentations to keynote speeches, Nick has addressed topics such as legal rights, civic engagement, diversity, and leadership. Nick was recognized as one of “The List: 30 in their 30’s” by UT Tyler in 2018 and a “2019 Rising Star” by Texas Super Lawyers Magazine.

A first-generation college student, Nick received both his Bachelor’s in Political Science/Spanish along with a Master’s in Public Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX. He received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was inducted into its prestigious Order of the Barristers and was recognized with a Pro Bono Service Award in 2012.
