Stanley Cofer aka Pastor Stanley Cofer is a native of East Texas. He is a graduate of Brownsboro High School, Brownsboro, Texas. He holds an Associate of Biblical Studies from Vision International University and an Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies from International College of Missions . Stanley & his wife Christie established S & C Enterprises a for profit business in 1997 which consisted of Power to Prosper Resources, Elect Beauty Salon and other entities.

He is a licensed Insurance Agent and recently received a Certificate of Achievement for Professional Private Investigations from University of North Texas Professional Development Institute. Stanley volunteers his time and services in the community. He has served on the City of Tyler Neighborhood Revitalization Board and was once named as Volunteer of the Month. He is currently on the Advisory Council of Promise Academy and is a board member of Reformation House of Prayer. Stanley has been a licensed minister for over 30 years. In those 30 years he has served as Sr. Pastor, Youth Pastor, Administrator and various other positions.

He is the founder of Empowerment Ministries, Inc, Empowerment Community Development Corporations and Texas Minority Coalition and serves as a Smith County GOP Precinct Chair. He is currently employed for over 25 years at Ingersoll Rand. Stanley and Christie have been married for over 30 years; have four children and 10 grandchildren.
