In less than 10 years since graduating from UT Tyler, Stephen Ray has advanced to a leadership position at a Fortune 500 company and is evolving its approach to marketing. Stephen is a marketing director at Texas Instruments Inc. (TI), a leading semiconductor company based in Dallas, TX. He oversees a global organization of more than thirty individuals responsible for brand marketing, product marketing, content marketing and media relations. Prior to working at TI, he worked at Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) in Tyler as a marketer for the Super 1 Foods banner. Stephen earned a BBA in marketing from UT Tyler and an MBA from the University of Florida. Stephen lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with his wife and two kids but escapes to Tyler often to visit family and enjoy the pine trees, lakes and Stanley’s Famous BBQ.
