Teacher/coach and defensive coordinator in football at Pine Tree ISD. Became head football coach and AD at Pine Tree High School. Moved to Pittsburg to become head football coach and AD. Went into administration as Assistant Principal at Spring Hill ISD in Longview. Went back to Pittsburg ISD as director of attendance and safety. Then in 2019 became Superintendent at Pittsburg ISD.
